Production

25% of the Mad Marvlus Mad Maxine grape skins and 75% of Carignane grape skins from Cox vineyard were rehydrated with Newtown Pippin and Rhode Island Greening apple juice from Sonoma County courtesy of Horse & Plow. Directly pressed into neutral French oak barrels then racked before bottling in July 2022.

20ppm sulfur was added during fermentation for grape skins. Unfined. Unfiltered.
